Service Details:

24/7 Monitoring:
We monitor your router 7x24x365, and will alert to any outage based on client-specified contact criteria.

Advanced Monitoring:
Rather than simple up/down status monitoring, we monitor critical processes for a more complete picture of device health.  You can view a quick snapshot of vital information via our portal, and then drill down into this information by searching through individual statistics based on the time period that you want to see (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, and custom).

Cisco IOS Upgrades:
We ensure that your router is updated as needed with the latest IOS software, generally providing 1-3 updates per year.  SMARTnet maintenance is required for the license to receive IOS software updates.

Backups:
We back up your router configuration once per quarter in order to speed recovery time in the event of a failure.

The Security Center:
Access up-to-the-minute router statistics and track router trends and circuit metrics in Webfargo’s client portal, the Security Center.
